This policy explains what information Northbound Growth Partners ("Northbound," "we," "us") collects through nrthbound.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can go to [email protected].
When you apply for a spot or request a free audit, you give us your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, trade, and a short message about what you want to grow. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter there. Our website hosting provider also records basic technical data, such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, to keep the site running and measure traffic.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they process your information on our behalf: HubSpot (customer relationship management), Zapier (workflow automation and email alerts), Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and analytics), Calendly (call scheduling), and Google Fonts (font delivery). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep application and contact information for as long as it is useful for our business relationship with you, or as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Every marketing email we send will include a way to opt out.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are for businesses. The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
